The Site is intended for personal and non-commercial use. The User agrees to use the Site lawfully, in accordance with these conditions and applicable laws. Any fraudulent or abusive use is strictly prohibited.

Article 4: Telephone Connection Service

4.1. Description of Connection Options

The Site offers the User two distinct methods to contact the listed professionals or companies. For each entry, the User can choose between the following two options:

  • Option 1: Immediate Access and Support (Paid Service)
    This "Premium" option allows for immediate connection without waiting time. By choosing this option, the User dials a premium rate number (SVA Number).
    Advantages of Option 1:
    • No waiting time: Unlike the free option, the connection is instantaneous (saving 20 seconds of waiting time).
    • Clear display: Calling the SVA number triggers the direct display of the phone number on all entries of the Site (replacing the hidden connection button) for a duration of 1 hour. During this period, the connection pop-up will no longer appear.
    • Service support: The use of this number covers management costs and updates for the free directory data.
  • Option 2: Standard Connection (Free Service)
    This option allows the User to be connected to the professional free of charge.
    Conditions of Option 2:
    • A mandatory waiting period of 20 seconds is required before obtaining the number or being connected.
    • Access is provided without additional service fees (excluding any communication costs from the User's operator).

4.2. Pricing and Transparency (Option 1)

If the User chooses Option 1, access to the service is via a Value-Added Number (SVA).

  • Typical access number: 08.XX.XX.XX.X (Number valid for 5 minutes).
  • Pricing: The call cost follows the "C + S" (Communication + Service) model:
    • Service Cost (S): €3.00 incl. VAT per call.
    • Call Cost (C): Standard call price according to the User's operator.
  • Tariff Information Message (MGV): A free Tariff Information Message is played at the start of the call, stating the total cost. The User can hang up during this message without being charged.

4.3. Regulatory Information and User Choice

Our platform uses SVA numbers (Option 1) to fund the maintenance of the directory and data quality. However, the User is informed that they always have the option to contact the establishment directly and without extra cost via Option 2 described above.

To better understand the operation and pricing of SVA numbers (Special Numbers), the User is invited to consult the website of the Electronic Communications Regulatory Authority (ARCEP) or the following information site: Infosva.org.

4.4. Limitation of Liability

The Site acts as a technical intermediary.

  • Independence: The Site is a third-party service independent of the listed professionals.
  • Availability: The Site does not guarantee that the professional will answer the call. Under Option 1 (paid), the service cost (€3.00) remains due once the technical connection is established, even if the final recipient does not answer.
  • Disputes: The Site does not intervene in the contractual or commercial relationship between the User and the professional.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design, etc.) is the exclusive property of JUMBO ASCEND LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

chirurgien.tel strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. The User acknowledges that the use of the Site is at their own risk. chirurgien.tel shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site.
